What’s Buzzin’? Images Usage Restrictions
THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND WHATSBUZZIN.COM. READ THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD OR PURCHASE ANY IMAGE, SOFTWARE, OR CD. THE DOWNLOADING OF THESE WHATSBUZZIN.COM IMAGES CONSTITUTES YOUR COMPLETE ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.
When you purchase WhatsBuzzin.com images, you are granted a non-exclusive license that allows you to use the images on a royalty free basis. This means you can buy WhatsBuzzin.com stock illustrations and clip art for one price, and use them in multiple projects as often as you want, for as long as you like. We are serious about preserving the integrity of our products and will take action to enforce the outline below when necessary. However, we are also here to help you with your project, and we will be pleased to make special arrangements to permit you to use an image or images in many ways that may be excluded by the terms expressed here.
What you may do:
Use WhatsBuzzin.com images in advertising and editorial uses, on brochures, catalogs, newsletters, print, broadcast and web banner ads, direct mail, annual reports, billboards, flyers, and web designs (in low res form only, visitors may not download). Our images are offered for unlimited use for personal projects such as scrapbook projects.
What you may NOT do:
Do not use WhatsBuzzin.com images on any product for resale. In no form will this be allowable - Our images may not be used for this purpose in their entirety, a cropped portion modification or as a part of a derivative image. You may not use WhatsBuzzin.com images on any product where the image itself becomes any part of the product for resale (for instance, if an image is used on a coffee cup to sell that coffee cup, on a T-shirt to sell that T-shirt, greeting card, rubber stamp, or whatever, created for retail or mail order this use is not allowed.) WhatsBuzzin.com images may not be used in a manner where they are any aspect of an item for resale, or distribution in electronic or other form.
You may not use WhatsBuzzin.com content on CafePress.com or any similar imprinting website.
You may not use WhatsBuzzin.com images content as a part of any trademark.
You may not use WhatsBuzzin.com images content in any downloadable format intended for multiple distribution including web site templates, digital scrapbooking kits, software products, e-greetings, etc.
WhatsBuzzin.com images may not be used by any person or entity other than the Licensee for projects for the Licensee or the Licensee's clients.
You may not, under any circumstances, use WhatsBuzzin.com images in connection with any pornographic, obscene, or illegal materials.

Other Restrictions
Images may not be used to duplicate our existing products for commercial use. Our designs are copyrighted (greeting cards, posters, etc). If you are interested in carrying our line of products please contact us for wholesale information.
Digital Scrapbook pages are NOT permitted for commercial use. Quick Pages scrapbook designs are for personal use only. Our images may NOT be used in another clip art resource ( be it website or other media) nor may they be used to be distributed with another collection. Duplicating our collection or any art thereof is strictly prohibited by law. We provide these images as a creative aid for artists/crafters/designers.
